§ 03.2 / Monthly retainers

Plan Monthly Response What's included
Quiet $95 / mo 48 hrs · email Hosting, monitoring, error alerts, monthly tune-up. For Starter setups on a single workflow.
Active $200 / mo Same business day · phone & SMS Everything in Quiet + workflow tuning as your business changes, monthly review call, priority queue for new requests. Built for Growth setups.
Embedded Scoped Within 2 hrs · direct line to Alfredo Everything in Active + quarterly strategy session, two new workflow additions per year, on-site visit twice a year. For Custom & multi-entity setups.
Pay-as-you-go $150 / hr Best-effort Add an existing workflow you outgrew. Or pause your retainer. We don't lock you in.

Retainer starts the month after launch. First 30 days post-launch are included in your setup fee — that's when most of the small tuning happens. You can downgrade, pause, or leave with 30 days' written notice. The system, the data, and the configuration are yours either way.

§ 03.3 / The fine print

What we won't sell you — and what's never extra.

+ included

AI usage costs, hosting, monitoring, error alerts, audit logs, integration tokens, security patches, monthly tune-up calls.

+ included

Bug fixes, infrastructure upgrades, model updates, and any integration breakage caused by your tools' API changes — we handle it, you don't see it.

– not us

We don't sell QuickBooks, DocuSign, Google Workspace, or any of the tools we integrate with. You pay those bills directly. We don't take referral kickbacks.

– not us

We don't do general IT or marketing automation. Construction back-office workflows only — though a simple website is bundled in with Growth and Custom. Anything else is a polite 'no' on the first call.

§ 03.4 / Pricing questions

Four straight answers about pricing.

Q · 01Why a one-time fee instead of a SaaS subscription?+
Because you're paying for a setup, not a license. We build something specific to your business, hand it over, and charge a retainer to keep it sharp. If you ever want to leave, the system stays with you. You're not renting a seat — you're commissioning a tool.
Q · 02What does a typical client actually pay in year one?+
A Growth setup at $1,500 + $200/mo retainer = $3,900 for the first year. If a single workflow saves your office manager 5 hours a week at typical loaded rates, the math runs favorable inside the first quarter.
Q · 03Do you take a percent of recovered receivables?+
No. Flat fee. We're not incentivized to be aggressive with your customers — we're incentivized to keep your system running well so you renew the retainer.
Q · 04Can I start with just one workflow and add more later?+
That's exactly the right way to do it. Start with Starter on whichever workflow is hurting most, run it for 60 days, then upgrade to Growth or add a second workflow at the difference in price ($750). No re-platforming, nothing rebuilt.
§ 03.5 / Got a use case

Got a problem you think could be automated? Let's talk about it.

Every crew has that one task that eats half a day — change orders, lien waivers, bid follow-ups, material reorders. If it happens over and over, there's a good chance it can be handled. Book a call and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth automating.
