§ 02 The process
From kickoff to quiet launch in twenty-one days.
Igris isn't another app for your crew to learn. It's a system set up for your business. I sit down with you, get one thing running at a time — chasing invoices, prepping payroll, sorting contracts — and make sure it works the way you actually run your jobs. No new logins for the crew. Nothing to babysit. And I stay on to keep it running, so you never have to think about it.
§ 02.1 / Five steps
Same five steps, every engagement. We don't improvise on your dime.
Day 101
The discovery call.
Thirty minutes on a video call. We ask what's bleeding hours — the thing you'd pay anybody to take off your desk. Then we ask to sit on a real day with your office manager.
What you get
- A one-page diagnostic of where your time goes
- Honest take on what's worth automating, what isn't
- Fixed scope & price before any signature
Day 2–502
Map the workflow.
We shadow the workflow as it actually runs — not how you'd describe it in a meeting. Sticky notes, screen recordings, photos of the whiteboard. The output is a diagram you can read in 30 seconds.
Deliverables
- One-page workflow diagram
- List of every tool and handoff involved
- The 3–4 decisions Claude will need to make
Day 6–1703
Build & wire.
We build the Claude agents, wire them into your existing tools — QuickBooks, DocuSign, Google Workspace, whatever you already pay for — and stress-test against your last 90 days of real work. No new apps for your crew to learn.
Under the hood
- Claude agents with guardrails for your business
- Integrations with your current stack — read-write, not read-only
- Backtested against the last 90 days of your data
- Audit log for every action the system takes
Day 18–2104
The quiet launch.
The system starts running. You see every action in a simple feed before it goes out. After three days of supervised runs, we flip it to autopilot. Nothing leaves your business without you having approval rights.
Launch protocol
- 72 hours of "shadow mode" — system drafts, you approve
- Then full auto with daily summary at 6pm
- Pause button on every workflow, always
- SMS to Alfredo if anything looks off
Day 22 →05
Tune & expand.
Adding a second workflow is the natural next step once the first is humming. We check in monthly, tune as your business changes, and add capacity when you ask for it. You can leave anytime — the system is yours, not ours.
Ongoing
- Monthly tune-up & quarterly review
- Phone access to Alfredo, not a ticket queue
- Workflow additions priced by scope, not seat
- 30-day exit with full handoff of the system
§ 02.2 / House rules
How we work — and what we won't do.
P · 01Nothing leaves your business without an approval path. Every contract, invoice, and payroll run has a human in the loop until you say otherwise.
P · 02We don't sell software. We deploy systems and walk away. You own everything we build.
P · 03One workflow at a time. If a system can't run quietly for 30 days, we don't add another. No half-built dashboards.
P · 04If we can't do it, we say so on day one. Not every workflow should be automated. Most contractors get a 'no' on at least one thing they ask about.
P · 05Your crew gets no new logins. The system fits into how they already work — texts, email, the apps already on their phone.
§ 02.3 / Questions we get
Five questions, asked on five out of five discovery calls.
Q · 01What if the AI screws something up?+
Every action is logged, and every customer-facing action — invoice, contract, payroll — has an approval gate until you turn it off. If something does go sideways, we have audit trails and rollbacks, and Alfredo gets an SMS in real time.
Q · 02Do I have to switch off QuickBooks or DocuSign?+
No. We integrate with what you already use — QuickBooks, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and similar. The whole point is that your office manager and crew don't change their day. Igris sits behind your existing tools and does the boring stuff in between.
Q · 03What happens if I want to leave?+
You own the system. We hand over credentials, configuration, and a runbook within 30 days. The door is unlocked from the inside — your call, anytime.
Q · 04Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?+
No. It's Claude agents wired directly into your invoicing, payroll, and contract tools — with business logic, approval gates, audit logs, and integrations we built and maintain. A chatbot answers questions. Igris does work.
Q · 05Why 21 days? Why not faster?+
Three weeks is the minimum honest answer. Anyone quoting you 48 hours is selling you a demo. We need to see how your business actually runs, build for those specifics, backtest against your last 90 days, and supervise the first runs. That takes 21 calendar days.
Twenty-one days from now, it's already running.
Book the discovery call. If we can't help, we'll say so in the first ten minutes — and we'll usually point you to someone who can.
